Playing with Photography........
One of my biggest passions & ultimate interest these days
is photography. I love looking at all the many blogs & sites concerning photography, the creativity of making art through catching the momment of individuals. I too want to join the world of photo journalism and have begun getting my feet wet. I have a couple who have approched me to take their engagement pictures, this friday. I am sooo thrilled and nervous all at the same time! I have really only taken pictures of my family not others(nail bitting). So many things have fell into my hands these last couple of weeks to push me forward with my love for photography, so I decided to take the leap. These are all so very raw, but here are a couple of pictures I have taken recently. As always we have my little model, miss London and.....
Sydney, our adorable babysitter, Young Women and friend. She was such a great sport & came along for a mini photo shoot.

These look great! You haven't done any photoshop work with them yet? The colors look so dynamic and the contrast is brilliant! Way to go!

Thanks ladies! Wow I didn't think I would get any comments, just sharing my latest passion. I am using a D100 Nikon right now and still learning all the functionalities this camera can offer. No I have not used photo shop YET, I am dying to use it and see what other wonerful results I can get. I have heard that the lightroom is a great program as well. However I have made a few adjustments on color like adjusting contrast and brightness but that is about all. Thanks for your comments! I feel the love!
Marsh those turned out super cute! It helps that you have such a cute model ;). That's interesting that you are getting into photography cause lately we've been talking about what camera to get because I've been dying to get into it for forever!!! Let me know how it goes. I'm excited for you.

wow marsha...i really love your pictures! i love the vibrant red of the chairs and the door, and that wall is an awesome backdrop. well done! (arent those chairs the greatest?! i have them in green and i just love them).
